Our yellow resistance band is a long looped thin resistance band that is one of our most versatile bands. It’s generally used for bodybuilding/ toning exercises and warm ups or mobility work. If you have a lower bodyweight you can use it to assist you in bodyweight exercises.
WHAT WILL THIS BAND DO FOR ME?
Some of our favourite exercises are shoulder mobility exercises for the upper body and overhead squats for the lower body. It’s also perfect as a warm up band before training. Why yellow? (4lb-20lb tension) Our lightest band. Perfect band for warm ups and activation. Also great for toning and bodybuilding exercises.
Can I use this for pull ups? We do not recommend the yellow band on its own for pull ups as it will not provide enough resistance to assist you, it can be combined with another band though.
What exercises can I do with it? Shoulder hip knee glute activation and warmups. Lighter toning and bodybuilding exercises such as Donkey Kicks, Bicep Curls or Xwalks
